The Demiplane of Conflict
Surrounding the great coliseum at the heart of the demiplane that is home to The Arena is a collection of shops, temples, alleyways, and fortified compounds known collectively as the Demiplane of Conflict. Herein, Arena combatants will find ways to spend their downtime, as well as the gold and astral tokens they receive as rewards for their battles in The Arena.
Within the confines of The Demiplane, the Master of Conflict is said to have complete control over all things physical and magical, and combatants are expected to obey the simple rule to reserve all hostilities and combat for The Arena floor. Roughing up shopkeepers, starting brawls, or any other such disruptive action will certainly lead to the parties engaged in such acts to find themselves in an Arena match against the likes of great and powerful beasts far beyond their capabilities, so that the Master of Conflict's spectators can have a good laugh at any rabble-rousers' gory obliteration.
Between Arena matches, combatants have the option to visit any of the following establishments within the Demiplane of Conflict:
The Alchemist
The Hunting Lodge
The Magic Shop
The Tavern
The Temple
In addition to visiting the above facilities, a character may buy any standard item from the Equipment section of the Players Handbook at list price, and may sell any items, be they mundane or magical, for half list price.
